This 60-minute audio practice guides you through soft, rhythmic mouth breathing, gradually building with supportive music before gently returning you to stillness. It is spacious, sensual, and deeply regulating, inviting a felt sense of “yes” to breath, body, and life.
Rather than pushing or performing, this journey invites you to receive, soften, trust, and breathe with your whole being. Guidance fades as the rhythm of your breath takes over, allowing you to surrender into embodied presence.

Practicalities:

· Lie somewhere warm, comfortable, and undisturbed
