Enchanted Niacin / B3
Enchanted Niacin / B3
We recommend adding a regular Niacin flush to your daily routine. Some experts suggest as much as 300mg per day. In our opinion even 100mg can get you flushing. Taking a high dose of Niacin results in a short period of flushing, skin redness and sensation of heat for most so time your intake wisely. Neither our chocolates or capsules contain Niacin as want this experience to be a personal choice.

⚠️ A word of Caution about B3 (Click here)
So firstly you should definitely not do a niacin flush every day. Only on the protocol days. A period of niacin flushing up to 12 weeks on this basis is considered absolutely safe.
However, there is a risk of liver toxicity if someone takes high potency Niacin supplements for a long period.
A Niacin flush is not recommended for anyone suffering these conditions:
• Active kidney disease
• Active liver disease
• Active stomach ulcer
• Alcoholism
• Blood clotting disorders, such as hemophilia
• Glaucoma
• Gout
• Low blood pressure or taking blood pressure lowering medication
• Oversensitivity to niacin
• Type 2 diabetes with uncontrolled blood sugar levels (since niacin can increase blood sugar levels)
VERY IMPORTANT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
Please don't take high doses if you’re pregnant since it’s considered a category C drug, meaning at high doses, it could cause birth defects
If following the protocol and making sure to not qualify for any of the contraindications above, we believe Niacin flushes are very safe. However, please consider consulting a doctor before starting a niacin flush regime. We say that out of prudence.
