Still, if you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular/respiratory conditions, glaucoma, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of fainting/syncope, choose the soft slow tracks (no fast breathing and no holds), stop if dizzy, and consult your clinician as needed.
