In a pre-calibration session, you are invited to bring me your questions, uncertainties, anxieties, intentions, and hopes. Together, we can explore:

• What you may encounter in expanded states of consciousness
• How to navigate challenging sensations or emotions
• Intentional practices to help anchor your journey
• Ritual and somatic tools to help you feel safe, open, and receptive

Post-Journey Integration: Weaving Insights Into Your Life

After your journey, I offer integration sessions to help you make sense of the inner landscapes you explored. Integration is where transformation truly takes root.

We may explore:

• Symbolic or visionary experiences that arose
• Emotional releases or revelations
• Practical ways to incorporate insights into your daily life
• Tools for grounding, balance, and continued spiritual growth
• Creative, mythic, or archetypal reflections that support deeper meaning-making

I bring over two decades of yogic, meditative, esoteric, and visionary practice to this work, with extensive lived experience navigating altered states of consciousness.

As a yoga teacher of 20+ years, a lifelong practitioner of meditation, and a medicine woman drawing from multiple ancestral and mystical traditions, I hold a compassionate and grounded space for those crossing thresholds of inner transformation.

As a visionary artist, my work is deeply informed by the mythic, symbolic, and sacred realms opened through psychedelic and mystical experiences. The creative process has taught me how to translate these realms into understanding, healing, and embodiment— a gift I now bring to my integration work.

I have personally walked this path for many years, guided by traditional practices, ritual, and direct experience. My role is to offer a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental, and supportive container for your unfolding—whether you are preparing for your journey or integrating the insights that have emerged.
