  • For many women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or navigating the early years of motherhood, the first question around microdosing is not how to do it but whether it is something that can even be considered at all.

  • At present, there is no definitive medical guidance on microdosing during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This absence of clear answers can leave women feeling uncertain, isolated, or unsure where to turn for balanced information. This masterclass is designed to offer a thoughtful, grounded space where complexity is welcomed rather than simplified.


    This 90-minute live masterclass with Q&A provides an educational orientation—one that shares what is currently known, clearly names what remains unknown, and supports women to understand the wider landscape before making any personal decisions.

    1. What current research and biology can (and cannot) tell us

    2. Why pregnant and breastfeeding bodies are excluded from clinical trials

    3. How microdosing differs biologically from higher-dose psychedelic use

    4. The limits of existing data, and why certainty is not always available

    5. How to think critically, ethically, and compassionately about risk in the absence of clear guidance

  • The intention is not to advise women on what they should do, but to provide clarity, context, and transparency, so each participant can make informed, self-directed choices rooted in understanding rather than fear or pressure.
