Delivery & Refund Policy
This Delivery & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through the Enchanted Rituals Ltd website.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within:
United Kingdom, Europe (Except Spain) and most Countries
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please reach out to see if we can still deliver to you.
3. Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders must be received by 6 pm the previous day; however, we are sometimes able to include later orders also but we can not guarantee this. Special Delivery does not mean we dispatch items faster.
Unless you upgrade to a higher service, we send all our orders via Tracked 48. This means you should ideally receive them within 2-3 days.
For a faster service, we recommend Tracked 24 (next day in most cases) or Special Delivery, which is the most reliable service for next day before 1 pm.
For international deliveries, we can not tell you how long it might take.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, adverse weather, public holidays, industrial action, or other events outside our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Where free delivery is offered, this will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.
5. Incorrect Delivery Details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, we may ask you to pay the delivery cost again before resending it.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@enchanted-rituals.com with your order number.
We may ask you to allow a reasonable period for the courier or postal service to investigate the delay before we can offer a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photographs of the item, packaging, and delivery label where relevant
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing support@enchanted-rituals.com.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you tell us you wish to cancel to return the goods to us. Postage in this case is payable by you.
9. Returns
Returned items must be:

Returned with any seals, labels, accessories, instructions, or gifts included with the original order

Unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in return transit.
10. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in resaleable condition, unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
If you cancel your full order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the amount equivalent to our standard delivery charge.
We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.
12. Exchanges
We do not currently offer automatic exchanges, though you can always talk to us.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
13. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to us by the courier or postal service, we may deduct the original delivery cost and any return costs charged to us before issuing a refund.
14. International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local handling charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or delivery prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If an international order is refused or returned because customs fees were not paid, we may deduct any delivery, return, customs, or handling costs charged to us before issuing any refund.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Delivery & Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.
