Participants will be guided through simple, accessible breathing practices designed to help you reconnect with your breath and experience its immediate calming and grounding effects. -
The session also opens a gentle conversation around mindset—how our thoughts operate, why the mind can feel so dominant, and how developing awareness gives us greater choice in how we respond to stress and challenge.
